オリジナルホットソースは、甘くマイルドなフレズノチリペッパーとフランス産白ワインビネガーを発酵させ、複雑でバランスの取れた受賞歴のある味わいに仕上げました。牡蠣からスクランブルエッグまで、あらゆる料理にひとふしかけるだけで、その万能さに、これまでどうやって生きてきたのか不思議に思うことでしょう。
I was skeptic at first but that french white wine vinegar gives it such a bright tang, not harsh at all. The fresno chilies keep it mild and sweet, so I can douse my eggs without the burn. Already ordered a second bottle.
The fermentation really comes through—that tangy, slightly sweet kick from the fresno peppers and white wine vinegar hits different than any generic sauce I’ve tried. A dash on eggs or tacos and I’m set for the whole meal.
I’ve been putting this on everything from eggs to stir-fry, and the fermented fresno chilies give it a depth that cheap vinegary sauces just don’t have. A few dashes and even plain rice gets interesting.
