Two bottles disappeared way faster than I expected, which says a lot since I usually hoard hot sauce. The pequin peppers give it that sharp tingle right up front, but the sweet cayenne cools it down into something I can put on eggs every single morning.
The sherry vinegar gives it a mellow tang that balances the pequin pepper heat perfectly. I put it on eggs and roasted veggies every day now. Two bottles gone in three weeks, already ordering more.
That bright, tongue-tingling kick from the pequin peppers hits right away but fades clean, so I'm not coughing through my whole meal. The sweet cayenne gives it just enough depth to work on eggs and tacos alike. Two bottles won't last me long.
