I sprinkled this on a loaded sweet potato last night and the red clay heat gave it this earthy kick that plain everything seasoning never has. My avocado toast this morning got the same treatment and now I’m annoyed I have to ration it until my next order.
The heat creeps up on you just enough to make the everything-bagel crunch feel exciting, and it turned my plain avocado toast into something I actually crave now. Even the broiled salmon got a second life with this—the salty, spicy kick clings perfectly without overpowering the fish.
Sprinkled it over a loaded sweet potato last night and the heat crept up exactly the way I hoped it would. The clay seasoning gives it a depth that plain everything bagel mix just doesn’t have, and it clung to the skin without clumping. Already planning broiled salmon with this tomorrow.
