Omáčka, kterou to všechno začalo. Naše originální pálivá omáčka začíná sladkými, jemnými paprikami fresno a francouzským bílým vinným octem, zrající v sudech pro komplexní, vyváženou a oceněnou chuť. Přidejte kapku ke všemu od ústřic po míchaná vajíčka – je to tak univerzální omáčka, že budete žasnout, jak jste bez ní žili.
The Fresno peppers give it a gentle warmth that builds nicely without ever burning, and that vinegar bite cuts through eggs and tacos perfectly. I’ve already gone through half a bottle in two weeks, it’s that easy to reach for.
The barrel-aging on this one really comes through—there’s a mellow depth that most vinegary hot sauces don't have. I've put it on eggs and tacos all week, and the fresno heat builds just enough without ever burning.
I’ve been reaching for this bottle every day since it arrived, the barrel-aged vinegar really rounds out the sweetness of the fresno peppers. Two bottles is perfect since one never lasts long in my house.
