Drizzled the bourbon honey over vanilla ice cream last night and the salty-sweet balance with that barrel-aged depth genuinely caught me off guard, plus the truffle version is perfect for finishing roasted vegetables. Both small-batch jars feel like a splurge that's actually worth it.
The truffle honey is the star for me—drizzled over roasted carrots it turns into this glossy, earthy glaze that feels way fancier than it should. I’ve already gone through half the jar in a week, and the salted bourbon one is a close second for my morning toast. Worth every penny for a limited-time
The bourbon honey has this deep smoky warmth that hits right before the truffle one’s earthy richness kicks in—together they make a weirdly perfect drizzle for roasted veggies. I’ve already gone through half the barrel-aged jar in a week, it’s that addictive.
