Verde Hot Sauce & Marinade

The cilantro really comes through in this sauce—it’s bright and herby with just enough serrano heat to wake up eggs or tacos. I’ve been using it as a marinade for chicken thighs and the flavor sticks better than any green sauce I’ve tried.
