Het honung

Drizzled this over some fried chicken and the habanero kick hits right after the honey melts in—balanced enough that I didn’t reach for water, just another spoonful. It’s my new go-to for dousing roasted veggies.

The habanero heat hits right after the wildflower honey sweetness, so it never burns harshly. I've been swirling it into my morning yogurt and even over fried eggs, and it turns everything into something I actually crave.

I drizzle this over roasted sweet potatoes and the habanero kick cuts right through the honey's richness without burning my tongue. The wildflower base tastes genuinely pure, not like a syrupy blend.
