I grabbed this duo for the heat variety since the Original is mild enough for eggs while the Carolina kicks things up. The bottle size feels fair for the price, though I wish there was a heat-level guide on the label itself. Solid pantry addition for mixing up plain weeknight dinners.

The Original is smooth and easy, but the Carolina brings a sharp bite that lingers a little longer than I expected for a medium heat. They work fine on eggs and tacos, though I wish the duo came with a heat guide since the difference between them caught me off guard.
