Drizzled this over fried chicken and the habanero hits right at the end without drowning out the wildflower sweetness. Six pounds is a lot of honey, but I've already burned through a third of it.
That half gallon lasted me two months of daily use on eggs, pizza, and even vanilla ice cream, and the habanero heat stays consistent from the first drizzle to the last drop. The Carolina wildflower base gives it a floral sweetness that makes the burn feel warm rather than harsh.
I've been drizzling this over fried chicken and even a slice of pizza, and the habanero kick builds just enough without overwhelming the Carolina wildflower sweetness. The heat lingers pleasantly but doesn't burn, and a half gallon means I won't run out anytime soon.
