スモーキーで洗練され、間違いなくクセになる味わいです。瓶の中に南部の魂を求めているなら、これこそがそれです。
The bourbon barrel aging really comes through—there's a deep, smoky oak note underneath the sweet honey that I wasn't expecting. It’s delicious drizzled over vanilla ice cream, though I do wish the salt came through a bit more prominently for my taste.
The three-month barrel aging does give it a nice smoky depth, though the bourbon flavor itself is more subtle than I expected. It's good on biscuits, but for the price I'd want a stronger kick from the alcohol.
