Drizzled this over a warm biscuit and it was gone in minutes—the heat creeps up just enough to balance that sweet wildflower honey. Even tried a spoonful on vanilla ice cream and it somehow works.
The heat creeps up right after the sweetness, which makes it perfect for drizzling over warm buttermilk biscuits. The honey itself is thick and floral, not just a gimmick—the peach comes through clearly without drowning the wildflower base.
Drizzled some over vanilla ice cream last night and it was incredible. The wildflower honey really holds its own against the peach kick, and it’s thick enough to coat a warm biscuit perfectly. Ordered a second jar already.
